Now I’m know there was a heck of a lot more to it than simply writing Product Formats as row headings, with Occasions as column headings, and then seeing where the potential opportunities might be…
…But the thought of you sorting out your portfolio and innovation strategy on a Post-it Note in about 10 minutes flat makes me smile.
